The Rising of the Son <br> <br>Friday, March 9, 2011 <br> <br>It has the makings of a B-rated Sci-Fi Blob, but in this case it’s real life and it comes on the one year anniversary of the Japanese earthquake/tsunami. Scientists have put out hundreds of instruments to monitor an island of debris. <br> <br>Swell <br> <br>It is a floating island of debris, 2-thousand miles long, 1-thousand miles wide and is slowly floating toward Hawaii and the western US and Canada. And scientists think it could hit Hawaii any day. In addition to the nuclear clouds from one year ago, this floating island could be hazardous to ships, marine life and coastlines. Meantime, what’s happening back in Japan? Cleanup and rebuilding are still underway, with help still needed. Not for the government, which isn’t too keen on outside assistance. But for the small and young churches in the affected areas, help is still important. Welcome to HT, I’m CM sharing the GS that’s all about Jesus and a program called The Rising of the Son.
